1. Project Cancellation & Deposits

• Advance/Deposit Payments: An advance payment (typically 50% or as agreed) is required before starting any project. This payment is non-refundable as it covers project booking, research, planning, and resource allocation.
• Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel your project before any design work or research has started, you may be eligible for a refund of your advance payment after deducting applicable payment processing or transaction fees.

2. Work in Progress

Once work has started and initial concepts, drafts, or designs have been shared, refunds will only be considered on a pro-rata basis. The refund amount, if applicable, will be calculated after deducting charges for the work completed, time invested, and project milestones achieved.

3. Final Deliverables (No Refund)

Once the final design files have been approved and delivered, including source files or high-resolution files, no refund will be provided under any circumstances. Delivery of the final files indicates that the project has been completed successfully.

4. Revision Policy

We want every client to be satisfied with our work. We provide up to 3 revision rounds (or as agreed in the project proposal). Any additional revisions requested after the included revision limit may be subject to additional charges.

5. Non-Refundable Services

• Completed logo designs and branding projects.
• Social media designs already delivered.
• Website design or development work after approval.
• Custom illustrations or digital artwork.
• Any project where final files have been delivered.
